You are welcome to come and say hi and chat about your project. You can also pickup your order, if you are local.
There are 3 factors which determine the cost of our badges; the size of badges, the type of badges (pin or magnet) and the quantity of badges. We don’t charge more for fast turn around, apart from the courier costs.
Badge production includes design and manufacturing.
After you have approved the design proofs, we aim to start manufacturing within 48 hours.
Small orders are often produced in a much shorter time frame, but this does depend on our factory work flow.
If you have a delivery deadline please let us know at the time of order.

Unlike other companies, who outsource and ship from overseas, all our badges are designed and manufactured in Australia.
We will let you know when your order is ready. If you are a local company, you are welcome to pickup your order in person.
Please note: for safety reasons you cannot pickup directly from our factory (manufacturing premises).
We have a team of experienced designers who can assist you with the design for your badges.
However, you may want to supply your own design files.
No problem. Please supply your design (one-off) to the correct badge diameter, and then send as a PDF. Simple.
We use Paypal, the world’s most trusted online payment service, to process all our order payments.
You will receive a Paypal money request/invoice once you have confirmed your order.
Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to complete this transaction.
No, we have no minimums. You can order 1 badge or 5000.
However, you will find that promotional badges become cost effective from quantities of approximately 50+ badges.
